Our lifecycle has been based on a wealth of personal experience and proven industry best-practice methods, and guides you through the engagement process with Fundament.
We believe that a thorough and staged approach allows both parties to understand one another and to feel comfortable that progress is made in a structured manner.
Initiation Phase
Find Out - Investigate your business inside and out
Understand - Review our findings with you to build the full picture
Negotiate - Define the way forward and agree terms of contract
Fundament will work with your teams to capture your needs, understand your business and understand what's important to you. We will then return with a proposed solution and work through this with yourselves to ensure that the picture we have built is accurate, and that the solution matches your expectations. Once this is clear, explicit terms of reference and contractual agreements will be produced up front.
Design Phase
Design - Design technical solution
Approve - Gain approval of quote/terms of reference
Measure - Define the benefits and project controls
Upon approval of contract, the solution will be designed and accompanying plans produced to document how it will be delivered. Specific focus is on the Project's controls and milestones to be tracked by both parties throughout the delivery lifecycle. We will work with your company to ensure that any new solutions are fully tested and proven before any implementation is considered to be worthy of taking the risk.
Delivery Phase
Execute - Deliver solution
Nurture - Help solution into existing service
Train - Train existing staff
Finally the solution will be delivered to your business and with minimal disruption to your workforce as possible. Once delivered an agreed warranty period for support of the solution will be in place whilst your team are trained and become comfortable with the potential new ways of working and the running of any new systems or hardware that has been delivered. A final review meeting will be held to ensure that the terms of reference have been achieved and that both parties are happy to sign-off.
